They were recognized for not having had an RQ Incident, an RMP Chlorine Inhalation Injury, or an OSHA Recordable Injury for at least 60,000 work hours, or 3 years
Recipient of the Chlorine Institue's Process Safety Award: This facility has been recognized by the Chlorine Institute for excellence in process safety. This is awarded to facilities that have not had an RQ incident or an RMP Chlorine Inhalation Injury in 2010. Beech Grove has received this award 4 times in a row since 2007.
